Write value to a specific cell in excel

Hi,

I want to write a specific data to a particular cell. Can anyone suggest some workflow ?

Please find the below sample data and desired output

Input: - 

		Shiva	Ram	Lakhan	Arun	Arjun	more names
History		89	98	68	85	52
Science		45	87	78	98	89
Maths		78	89	55	65	78
Hindi		78	89	55	65	78
Marathi		78	89	55	65	78

Desired Output is used as a template.

Template: - 

	History	Science	Maths	Hindi	Marathi
Shiva
Ram
Lakhan
Arun
Arjun
Others - more names

Expected Output: -

	History	Science	Maths	Hindi	Marathi
Shiva	89	45	78	78	78
Ram	98	87	89	89	89
Lakhan	68	78	55	55	55
Arun	85	98	65	65	65
Arjun	52	89	78	78	78
Others - more names

Condition: - 

Other names: - if any additional entries comes for instead of more names then it should replace the more names in output. 

for eg. instead of more names in output have Hari, Brahma, Krishna then in the output it should reflect as below with its desired marks.

Others - Hari
Others - Brahma
Others - Krishna

Please suggest some workflow i have been trying since days.
