Multiple SUMIF based on current row date (eg: <= 12 months = N, <=24 months and >12 = N1)

I need help from the community.

I am trying to perform a SUM on qty where the data is <= 12 months = N, <=24 months, and >12 = N1 based on the field "First day of Month". For example,
