Union tool

Question

I need to match the field names of a current year template to a prior year template and output the names of new fields on current year template. Is there a way to use the union tool to output fields that do not match? I only see an option to output common sunset. Thanks.

Below how you can chose the data stream order:

click where it says "output common subset of fields" and you should be able to  switch to "output all fields"
