Batch Macro Use Case

Hi Everyone 

i have a use case where I intend to input multiple csv files using *csv in the input tool. The issue i am facing is files have different formats by one or more columns. The number of files is a lot. I intend to create a batch macro so as to process each file individually and union the output because in the output all the fields would be same. When i use the *csv in simple input tool a few files are skipped from the rest of the workflow. I would really appreciate some help.
