File Merging Capabilities

Hello,

I have a requirement where I need to merge multiple PDFs, within a certain path, into one single PDF file. I'm thinking of setting up the folder structure as a parent folder and then the sub-folder's are named with a unique ID. Each Unique ID folder would represent a group of PDFs that need to be merged to attain one PDF. Is that possible with the dynamic naming convention mentioned above?

Adobe Acrobat is currently used to merge the PDFs. Do not know if Alteryx has its own functionality to merge documents.
