In your workflow, the output is inconsistent with my output image.
In detail,
・In raw data, Team A to C work for only House Segment.
・And, Team D to F work for only Office Segment.
・House Segment and Office Segment is the part of Construction Segment
＝＞exp: Team A work for House Segment and the cost breakdown is COGS material 453, COGS labor 282 ・・・, SG&A utility 563 and SG&A other 109.
I used to analyze with Excel Power Query, and with Power Query I can use transformation ( ≠ Pivot and Unpivot, = change layout into exact opposite). However, with Alteryx I cannot change layout like that......
