Filter contents in columns

Hi Team,

Need some urgent resolution to the below problem.

I have two input files attached in excel as sheet1 and sheet2.

I want only those rows in sheet1(Column E) from column A of sheet 2.

I used Join tool but it is giving incorrect results.

Hello @Polite123 ,

Best solution here would be to use find replace, seems it looks like ther are values in both sides with same word but capitalized and non capitalized:

There are also other like "coommunication" and "telecom" which I suppose should match too. What should be done about them?

Also: "Outsourcing Internal" and "Temps/IT Contractors", what would be your requirement?

I think Find and Replace might be a good fit for this case.
