Alteryx Designer vs Alteryx Designer -OS

Dear Expert,

I need some guidance regarding Alteryx Designer -OS what purpose it is being used?

I have to install Alteryx Designer in Windows 2012 server which will be used for data transformation  can you please let me know what is the process for same?

Please note that we don't have any requirement to schedule and collaborate workflow hence alteryx server is not required.

You can install Alteryx Designer on a VM - the process for installation and license activation is exactly the same.

However, you license will need to be enabled for OS. I suggest reaching out to your Account Manager for more information.
