Rearranging Data

Below are the screenshots of what I am trying to do. I have a list of orders with Party1...[n] listed in rows with corresponding Counterparty 1...[n] listed below each individual Party. I need to move rows with Party to a column next to the corresponding Counterparty and remove Sum rows after each separate Counterparty.
