Replace blank columns with the next non-blank value

Hi All,

Attached is a sample excel data along with how I need this manipulated in Alteryx - can you please give me an idea on how I can achieve this? 

The data that I have only has details at total level but I need this to repeat every line (similar to "repeat line" option in excel pivot). Can you please help?
