First time working with xml - how to?

Hi

I just recieved a xml file from a carrier, and I litteraly have no idea how to handle it.

Can anyone please share a small input flow that reads this file correctly? 


Ive made a flow, but it generated like 1000 coloumns and that does not seem right.
