Order of Rows in a Table

Hello community, 

I need help with my dashboard. I wanted to take this input file and create a dashboard like the output file. I already got some help from the community, but I still can't find out how I can change the order of the rows. When I do this workflow, I get the descending order by total values, while I want to order it manually. Is it possible?
