Output data to a yxdb and then input the yxdb data in the same workflow

Was wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem. I need to store a dataset in a yxdb and then after that is done load the same data back in. These cannot be connected as the user will have to be able to switch between using the yxdb data and an excel file interchangeably. Basically a block until done where the data is stored first and then loaded after.

Is it possible for you to provide some additional information on your request? 

Can you please share a workflow with what you have attempted so far?

It would help to better understand what your workflow process looks like, and how this data will be utilized in the workflow.

Is the data you are trying to save being generated first in the workflow and then being accessed again downstream? Or are you needing to use a dataset that is pre-generated, which can be switched out with the excel data?
