Unsupported File Format_Render Errors

We are using reporting tools to format output. A .jpg file type is used as custom image in a Header tool to include our company logo on the reports. It works fine in Desktop but an error is received in Server.

Interface tool configuration.

Can it be packaged and uploaded to Server so that it does not need to be selected?

The render tool is configured to specific output but the Server keeps popping an error related to a temp file.

Hi @SMendi 

You can use an Image tool to load the image and store it in the workflow file.  Set the configuration like this 

This stores the actual image in the workflow and removes the need for the interface tools to load the image.  From then on it will be available as a report snippet that you can use in further reporting tools.  This will increase the size of the workflow file, so use the smallest version of the logo that will still provide acceptable results
