Row Count with Table Name for multiple tables and multiple schemas

Question

Anyone have a way to set up a workflow that will give a row count for multiple tables across multiple schemas?   Table count is 160 tables and schema count is around 12.  This will be used as a validation baseline against another data source.  Output should contain table name and record count.  Feel like this should be simple but for the life of me can't seem to figure it out.
