Load specific template saved in multiple paths

Hi Community

Each quarter local Finance of each country and entity inputs a template saved in each country/entity folder in our server drive.  How do I load all the templates into my workflow so that I can merge all the data for further data prep?

There is potentially 50 unique file paths that I need to draw the data from.  Below is an example of a file path of a Singapore entity.

X:\Tax\COUNTRYSHAREDFOLDER\Singapore\ABC Co\[Year]\[Quarter]

The year and quarter change depending on the year/quarter of the close.

I am not sure how this works.  Where do I indicate the full paths of the template in each country/entity/year/quarter subfolders for the files connection?

Have you tried the search subfolder option?
