Add a new blank column with 5 defaulted rows by using "Formula tool" to current workflow

Dear Alteryx experts,

Is it possible to append a couple of defaulted rows data from a column without moving its position at the bottom? I want the new data to be visible on top. I've tried with the union tool but the position is not what i want.

the data i want to append: ideally i want those data from one column to be appended without duplicated and changing its position

may i know did you join the records by position on the join tool?

just two quick questions here please:

1. can we merge and center the category column coz for the actual workflow, there will be more wordings and descriptions instead of just ABC...etc so i want it to be as visible as possible

2. can we use the workflow from you and connect before a "summarize tool". Once everything is organized, I will output it as excel format.

hello there, I am trying to append the fields of category to those of company and product. The order doesn't matter coz i just want the users to see the description of category so basically I just want to append the fields category there to be upfront. thanks for your time!
