Hi , 

I'm trying to send email to list clients using excel file.

There are few rows which have 2-4 email address in them , while some have only 1. 

It is giving me error that "Failed to send to one or more recipients" , even if there is only 1 email address for a particular client.

(I used this same workflow last month and it worked but this time it is giving me error)

Anyone can help me fix this issue ? Thanks in advance

Hi @Abhi_31 

It's a bit difficult to troubleshoot without seeing the file. One thing I might try is to use a Text to Columns tool set top split to rows with whatever separates the email addresses to make sure every row has only one email address. You might need a Data Cleanse to remove leading or trailing spaces.
