Error opening the file :The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

Hi,

I have developed app for data loading. It is its beginning (input tool is tool 240).

I have an issue. My customer keeps getting this error when he tries to load data. I don't know how to help him as I am not able to recreate this issue. When I try to use this same file as he, I get no errors.

I know, but I wasn't expecting it will cause issues. When I am using the same csv file it is working correct (bot on gallery and desktop)

Notice you have it built to handle an excel file (xlsx) yet in the error the user is trying to upload a csv 😉
