Sum multiple rows on the basis of values in other fields

I was able to get my data in to shape with help of @ArtApa but now the issue that i am facing the issue is I have to get the PY amount and CY amount columns.

If we are in 2020 weeks, equivalent weeks of 2019 for the selected identifier has to be picked in PY amount column

I tried "Find and Replace" too but couldn't succeed.

Can some one please suggest me the tools that i can use? or the link to any other suggestions please?

You can achieve that by creating a new column for the previous year and using a joining tool.

Thanks @Emil_Kos on your help on this. It explains me how to use alteryx tools to do data enrichments. It may not be a straight forward one as like Excel but seems to be more powerful one.
