Help in Transforming Data

Hi all,

I am an alteryx enthusiast but I aspire to improve on it with time.

I am currently working on transforming a file(attached herewith). Could someone provide a better workflow for transforming it to the desired format in the attached file?

It really works. Yea, I understand I could have been more dynamic, but I also don't want to expose confidential information.

I was able to complete the remaining tasks by building on your workflow.
