Calculate a percentage for each category from a total column

Dear all,

I struggling with this one. Here is my scenario

Using the Summarize tool, I have established how much costs have been incurred by each Metric time category.
I want now to know what is the % of each category versus the total of Sum_ Cost per activity.

In a second step, I want to allocate the % obtained on the Metric Time category called “other” to All the other categories.

I have tried to use the Multi Row formula tool , but this has been a great success yet.

If you know how i should start, this would be great.
