Connector manager and InDB

Question

I just starting to user InDB tools more now and thinking ahead to sharing and publishing to server, what I want to know is can I set up a connection on the server and use that for InDB?
As far as I can see the connect InDB still looks for the local ODBC manager

It's well worth logging this as an idea in the ideas section - I'll support this as would @Deeksha and @avinashbonu 'cause we have the same issue but across a broad user base.

At present the Data Connection Manager on Server is not for InDB connections.
