How to add formulas in MultiField Formula when having a Iterative Macro?

Hey guys, doing all right?

I am having issues with thinking of a solution that could fit in my workflow. Probably due to my lack of experience with Alteryx.

Basically I need the column "Valor_05_Linha02" to follow the the rules that I have put in red.

I have put both tools "MultiField Formula" and "MultiRow Formula" because I dont know which one to use in this case. Or, create another step inside the macro, as shown on the next image.
