Calculated Date Expression

Question

Greetings --

Needing help with a workflow. We want to use a cutoff date to determine which month a transaction's approval should be. For example, if the transaction is posted prior to the 6th of the month, the approval must be by the 25th, else the approval must be by the 25th of the month after the post date month.

In order to compare the expected approval date to the actual, I need to write an expression to calculate the expected. Help!

Please see the workflow attached. Here we are first creating a logic to see what day of the month it is to then apply the cutoff logic to it.
