Below is my data in excel , i want to create the levels of Line managers

Assuming KCB is at to in hierarchy need the rest of the level for line managers in hierarchy

formulas used for LM Level calcuation is in attached excel file

thats how they will roll-up

@hii_amit Can you please elaborate on this, its not clear what you want to build.

Are you looking to build hierarchy of line managers?

Yes I want to create hierarchy but from top to bottom. This is called layers in organisation, assume top most is on layer 1 then i want to identify who is on layer 2, 3 and so on
