Append Fields Tool - Workflow Output XML

Hi All,

I am looking for simple Alteryx O/P workflow XML file (.yxmd) with "Append Fields" component usage in the workflow.

"Input Data (csv) --> Append Fields tool --> Output Data" workflow.
