Compare multiple rows based on Group by fields and remove few rows and updated few rows

Hi All,

We have multiple rows and based on row data compare need to change few rows data and few rows need to remove.

In the Attached workflow we have added Input and Required output format, please check and let us know if we are able to achieve same.

Took a shot at it and attempted to guess the logic that was used to generate the output.  Assumed that unique groupings based on EID,E_Name, and GE_ID needed the earliest effective date and latest termination date.
