Logging Update Insert If New Data

Question

Hi,

I'm using the alteryx gallery to take data from oracle and update tables in mssql.  In the workflow results it notes how many records were updated and how many were inserted.

Is it possible to capture that data and send it to my sql database?  Ideally I'd like to have a table that gives me all of the update & insert data by day.
