Detection of bold characters

Hello everyone,

I am trying to transform my table from the left hand side to the right hand side using transformations on Alteryx. I am still new and learning how to manipulate data. The motivation behind this transformation is to improve the regrouping of different 'subtitles' which I called 'normal title'.

I have attached the files to make it easier for the helpers.

I might ask few questions because the IIF conditions look a bit specific and I have a general table but i will work it out from here.
