receiving error duting installation of alteryx designer.

Question

I am trying to install the Alteryx designer but I am continuously receiving an error related to python cookie. Alteryx is not able to find the file during the installation despite i tried everything please help what should I do? I am attaching image with this.

Yes, but did not find any solution. It's appearing during the installation.

not sure if it is only me but I am not able to open the attachment. Did you try to find this error code on the alteryx community?
