Creating an indicator based on the blanks in the columns

Hi Team,

I have a situation where i need to create an indicator based on the blanks. For e.g below if i have one blank consecutive then the indicator should be 1 year, if two blanks consecutive then 2 years etc.. i have marked in yellow.

Please let me know how to go about this
