Unique Random Sample

I'm doing testing on journal entries and I know the Random Sample tool I can select to get 25 random samples but I also need it so there are no duplicate samples from the same account, so only one JE for Cash in Bank, only one JE for Accounts Payable, etc. How would I be able to achieve this? The file includes the below information. Thanks.

• Journal Number 
• Date
• Account Number
• Account Name (the samples need to be unique based on the account name)
• Amount
• Preparer Name
• Approver Name

What if you add a unique tool before the random sample tool?

A unique tool will give you all the unique combinations of values from the selected columns, so there would be no duplicate samples in theory and if I understand your question correctly.

If that doesn't answer the question, do you mind sharing a mock dataset that we can work with and a desired output?
