Join Question - Same Item but one has a Identifier at the end

Question please::

I have a Join Question - I have the same Items but one has a Identifier at the end, do can I create the join?

Sample data: Finished Items are my master list, but the extracts have a #100 at the end. Can someone please explain the join? TIA Karl

Nope you can't as both columns have to have the same values in order to join.

The join tool is case sensitive as well.
