If conditional formula error (Tax Codes)

Hi Team,

I am trying to apply an 'If' conditional formula in alteryx to check the tax codes with 5 other columns. However, I am not getting the result as expected.

I am attaching the sample data and the workflow I have prepared.

Please see attached solution workflow and screenshot. hope it works, if not then please let me know. I have only added extra brackets for or condition as you want all of them to go together. but if it still doesnt work then please let me know..
