Calculate when Easter falls

I'm currently trying to build out a dynamic public holidays calendar for a handful of countries which calculates when public holidays fall each year and what happens if they fall on a Saturday or Sunday. I've managed to add in most of the public holidays, however, I'm struggling to calculate when Easter falls each year in the UK!

Does anyone have a sample workflow which can calculate when Easter falls each year?

I have some code in our previous analytics tool ACL which calculates it based on the Paschal Full Moon approach - but I'm unable to interpret this to transfer into Alteryx.

This workflow hardcodes the days for easter and dynamically find other holidays, but you may be able to leverage some of the logic:
