Condition Row Insert

hello! I am having a problem with trying to create a row based on a condition and hoping someone can help me.

idDateTimeTimeSlotSeconds5410:0110:0042006510:3510:3036711:0611:0098

In the above table, I want to create a row for every time more than 1 hour. For example, id 54 has 4200 seconds so another row should be created with the same id in the 10:30 timeslot and the seconds subtracted.

Looking at your question below, I also wonder whether:

* you need to adjust DateTime and TimeSlot (to account for the additional hour block of elapsed time within the same ID)
* you need to adjust for Seconds (since every hour block of elapsed time within the same ID, except the last one, is 3600 seconds)
