Hi - I'm curious to know if it's possible to create something similar to what I have on the attached in Alteryx. I need to add column headers on top of column headers and merger some of them.

The type of column headers you are trying to create are not supported within Alteryx. Even with the reporting tools, you are still limited to how you create headers/sub-headers. You would either need to simplify your column headers in the your reporting, or I would recommend using Alteryx for the data prep/analysis, and then dumping that data into a lookup tab on your existing report.
