Batch macro across for multiple file inputs

Question

Hi, I normally use a wildcard input to input all worksheets from multiple Excel files into Alteryx then manipulate the data. However, in this particular instance there are variations in the data that necessitated me to use one worksheet from one file as an input. My plan is to then create a batch macro that will update the data from the rest of the worksheets using the workflow I have created.

Is there a way that this macro, or a combination with another, can then be used to update my data with data from other Excel workbooks with multiple sheets?
Kindly help with the set up.

I need assistance setting up. I already have a batch macro updating over each worksheet from the source file I used in my workflow. Now I need some sort of extension into the other workbooks and worksheets.
