Data Manipulation & cleaning in Excel

I am working on designing an Alteryx workflow that would take input file (CS1 data.xlsx) and convert it into an input for tableau to create dashboard out of the data.

The sample output (OutPut_data.xlsx) is attached for reference. However, the cleansed output should be in the form of tableau data source (.tds).

Question:

A survey on 500 respondents and asked six questions in the survey (Details
in “Data dictionary” appendix on page 2). The company needs to identify the % of respondents
who answered 4 or 5 in each “Domain area” (Question 6).

The desired output(OutPut_data.xlsx) is attached here.

All the columns remain intact just that we filter in values (4,5) for the columns M till AC.
