Joining the Output from multiple files with Multiple criteria

Team,

I am facing an issue in combining multiple input file with specific criteria & formulas into one output file. Output file has to be presented in specific format .

Along with formulas the structure of the Output data is also required to be updated.

Also the Data volume is large. I have attached my input & Output file for your reference.

You can use a select tool to reorder the columns if desired. There are ways that you can add the header row above, but it requires a couple of extra steps and might not be needed. The workflow that I have presented below is going to be the most straightforward approach if the format is sufficient.
