Dear all,

I want to have a work flow that read the positive  percentages only and put the months that have from 0 to 25% in normal and the months that have 25%-50% in Avg and from 50%- infinity to High risk as shown in the first row. Any help in that please?

It looks like there might be a typo in your example for High Risk? It's including a negative value.

For your workflow, you can pivot your data so your values are in one column an the associated month is in another. From there, you can filter out any values that are missing or less than 0. You can use a formula to assign the risk rating, and then a cross-tab to pivot your data back. You can concatenate the values and specify the "-" delimiter.
