Parsing to Rows for Multiple Columns using Text-To-Column Tool

Hello and Good Day All. How do I parse to rows using Text-to-Column tool but for multiple fields?
The structure is almost the same but currently, I have around 141 columns to parse to rows. I do not want to put 141 Text-to-Column tools just to parse each of the columns.

Attached is the workflow and data. I appreciate your help with this.

I have added a row id per page so that when you ross tab you can group by.

I think i get what you are trying to achieve.

There is a workflow. It generates Group ID (unique to Page and not overall)
