Updating table status column

Hi

In the attached workflow I have a table pre built with my status column which I want to lookup and update the second table to have the status column

This is part of a bigger task (about 15 columns) And i could do If statements but wouldn't be flexible if changed.

Any help would be appreciated

Now, if you have more than 3 Fields, you can simply add them as well through Join tool, like screenshot above.
