Can anyone help me how to get below two
1. First day of every month----Say I run the Alteryx process on 5th Oct So it should get 01-10-2020 on Period column and 31-11-2020 as expected Close Date on ECD column

not having seen any sample workflow i made the assumption you want to add those dates to some sort of record. if not let me know.
