Output is in 'File' format, not Excel format

Question

I selected the output of my process flow to be an excel file, however the output on my desktop is in a 'File' type rather than Excel.

I can click on the below file and "Open With" then choose excel, however I'd like the output to be in excel so I can simply double click on it to open it.

Has anyone had this issue before?

(My process flow is very simple and I simply clicked the output to be excel as shown further below.)

Hi @AverySimecka ,

You need to add .xlsx at the end of the name file. I was able to replicate this issue when I removed the xlsx extension from the file name.

So instead of fsdf you should have fsdf.xlsx|||Sheet1
