Unable to create backup

Question

Hi all!

My workflow is working on my local.

But when I upload my workflow on the server and test run.

I'm getting this error message.

I don't know why, because this workflow is working on my local.

This is my workflow,

I have 4 source files and I used the formula tool to output each available user group data to the template.

For example. If I have an HKBU user group data it will save to the HKBU template and so on.

And this is my formula tool.

I've already used Block Until Done tool but I don't know where to put the BUD tool in my workflow.

It looks to me that you are trying to run that Module in the Gallery and are getting the error there.  Is the d-drive a mapped share?  Try using all UNC in the module inputs/outputs (can go to Options, Advanced, Workflow Dependencies and click "all unc").
