Data formatting

Hi,

I have attached sample data which user would be updating monthly using a file browse tool through analytic server. I need to convert it into the format mentioned in the file. The desired format is mentioned at the required format tab of the attached file. Can you please help?

I believe this is what you're looking for.

Your headers are multiple rows and you need each piece of it, so I suggest cleaning them up by concatenating it, and then parsing it after you pivot.

I have posted this query multiple times however I haven't got any response till now. You have helped me with solutions to my Alteryx queries earlier. Would it be possible for you to look into this as well?
