Getting Junk Character while writing data on MySQL

Guys,

I am creating a table on MySQL using Alteryx Output tool but when I am trying to write non-English characters in table I am getting ???? instead of the original text.

Any suggestion to avoid this issue or how can I convert this to English?

As suggested, used mysql odbc 5.3 unicode driver and it works for me. 

Appreciate your quick help.
