I know this has to be easier than I'm making it, but some of the other examples are confusing me. Can someone help to (hopefully attach a working example) transpose/crosstab this data? I'm looking for the "after". Thank you!!

Here you go. The Tile tool and Dynamic rename is used to restore the new column names after the CrossTab tool changed all the non alphanumeric characters to underscores.
